The Lift Industry is Changing

Why Should I Choose You?

If you're the type of person of wants total life cycle control over every aspect of works to a passenger or goods carrying lift and gain customer loyalty and trust, then we have the right product for you.  Because everything we do, we believe in finding a solution for you, we believe in thinking & working differently.

And How Do You Do This?

We have 1,600+ lift owner contacts in Housing Associations, Shopping Centres, Nursing Homes, Hotel's, College's, Universities, Business Centres and individual Private Landlords who periodically seek quality lift maintenance, DDA upgrades and new lift installations, along with the repair, testing and refurbs of passenger lifts.  Once we get to know you and what your misson is and can experience the work ethics and foundation of your company, we refer the best and most trusted lift firms that undertake training with us to our contacts that help you stand out as the expert of choice in a crowded marketplace and the 'go to' lift company.

So, What Do You Do?

We provide information, advice and guidance on the best training courses covering Apprenticeship Frameworks, Distance/Home based studies, Onsite/Classroom Learning & Assessment, funded new Lift Engineer Mate Training, Trailblazer Apprenticeships and the exam based Level 2 Lift Industry Standard (LIS) 2426 Certificate of Validated Achievement.  We advise lift owners to only use lift engineers who are approved on the Lift Engineer Safe Register to help prevent workplace accidents occuring in the first place.  Poor or inadequate risk assessments covering PUWER, LOLER, MHSWR, COSHH, MHOR, PPE, WHR are common areas of non-compliance and lack of continued and up-to-date accredited training resulting in lift operatives being classed as incompetent under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 where fines and legal administration for court proceedings can be costly.  In a survey carried out in during 2016, over 85% of lift firms would fail a Health & Safety Audit under BS 7255:2012 (Code of Practice for Safe Working on Lifts) as the competency of their employed lift operatives could not be suitably proved.

Also, we give reassurance to the lifts building owner regarding safety aspects of lift engineers and run training & examination courses to measure the competency of lift engineers to reduce Workplace Accidents in the Lift Industry and saving the lift owner and lift company owner serious amounts of money in fines.  We deliver the lift industry approved 'Working Safely in an Engineering Environment' (Lift Safety) EOR202N unit accreditation and the Ofqual accredited Level 3 National Vocational Qualifications in Lift Service, Repair & Installation and the QCF Level 4 Lift Testing & Commissioning for lift test engineers and technicians certificate to over 150 clients from the UK and overseas.  Lastly, we periodically run new training courses for Lift Mates that are Government funded and hire them out to you on a temp-to-perm basis, so you can try before you commit to employ.

And What Is Your Background?

Established in 2006, we are now a Multi Award Winning recruitment, training and development company and lift industry experts with a specialism in Government funded new lift engineer training workshops, EOR202N & NVQ Level 2/3 courses.  We have experience of working with multiple funding contracts to offset costs where you benefit from our sponsorship agreements that add value to help and support you for long term commercial growth, our experience speaks for itself here.
