Trainee Lift Engineer, Employment Placement Options
TCD has links with many local colleges and we are able to supply young trainee lift engineers on a work placement program, leading towards possible employment.
We only supply suitable candidates who have already completed their Performing Engineering Operations (PEO) NVQ level 1 or 2 and many will have done some of the Key Skills examinations.
We organise, attend the interviews and assist your company in selecting only the best candidates.
We also invite the course tutor to speak with you so that a suitable trainee can be identified early on and consult on their NVQ training leading towards qualified lift engineer status.
And The Cost To You?
A small investment is only bourne on succesful completion of 1 months continous full time employment with your company, if the appointment lasts less than 1 month then there is no cost to you.
We can usually apply for funding (subject to acceptance) to cover the cost of their training for the duration which can last up to 4 years!
